Good for you!!! You must be sooooo relieved! I hope any future MRIs you may have will stay the same.

I'm going back for another one in June (urgh!), and I'm still hoping that my doc was right and the little something on my first post-surgery MRI really is only scarring and not some left-overs from the bugger.

Do you know when you have to go back for more?

I don't know you, but I found my way to your blog from your comments on Tom & Lorenzo about LOST. (Aren't they fabulous?!)

Congratulations on not needing surgery! I had a tangerine-sized meningioma removed back in 2001 (I don't really get the metric thing either.) and just wanted to let you know that every stinkin' thing you've written here - about the surreal experience of being diagnosed, looking in the mirror and "seeing" it on your face, how nuts it is trying to get a neuro appointment, and just how much well-meaning people can completely piss you off - rings true for me as well.

I think that using a blog as a way of expressing yourself during this crazy time is pure genius, and I wish I'd done something like this.

I'm not going to drop any platitudes on you, because they're so annoying and I don't actually work for Hallmark...

I just wanted to say thanks to you for being so honest about your experiences and to wish you continued good fortune in all things neurological.
